VENDOR INFORMATION
Greetings from the 2024 Bayfront Reggae & World Music Festival team. We are looking forward to another successful, fun event to be held on July 20th, 2024. We are honored by the many vendors who wish to participate in the event and thank you for contributing your talents, services and products. We wish to continue the festival as a family oriented event, so please plan your product lines accordingly. If you are a new vendor, please call us at 218-525-8099 to check whether space is available. The BRWMF Team has the final word on products sold.
The Vendor Registration process is now available online at the link provided on this page. Please complete your registration online by June 15th. You will need to send your certificate of insurance by June 15th with at least 1,000,000 coverage and name Bayfront Reggae/ World Music Festival, LLC as additional insured. Late fees apply after June 15th. Vendors who have not completed the Registration/ Contract, Certificate of Liability Insurance, Payment, and Staff Names will not be allowed to vend the day of the festival! You will need to have all your vendor licenses/ requirements completed with the State of Minnesota as we will be required to submit your business name as a vendor and the State will follow up with you to ensure compliance with vendor requirements. A Minnesota Operator Certificate of Compliance Form ST 19 is provided below should you need one for your records.

Applications received after June 15th, will be charged additional fees and will not be guaranteed the same location as last year. Deposits are non-refundable as this is a rain or shine event.
